The location of our "Mitten View" campsite was by far the best of the trip. We were on the edge of a plateau that dropped off into the valley and offered an unobstructed view, as the name implies, of the mittens. Viewed: 751 times.

The evening winds kicked up another dust storm. A few drops of rain fell, but the thunderstorm apparently saved the bulk of its energy for wetter climates. Viewed: 543 times.
