Could you buy them a human seat and affix them? At least then you’d save the difference between one human ticket and two cat tickets.
Wear a fat suit and hide the cats under it. Just make sure you sedate them first, and don’t have any metal clasps on the suit.

The turkey was roasted with “aromatics” a la Alton Brown. And for the record, salmonella was in no way involved with dinner. There was just a lot a lot of food for three people.
